I’m Miranda Gill, an Associate Real Estate Broker, licensed residential builder, developer, and residential design expert with a deep understanding of the luxury home market.

I founded The Gill Signature Collection to bring real estate, custom home building, and residential design together under one cohesive vision. Through its two divisions—Miranda Gill Realty and Gill Signature Estates—I offer clients a seamless, full-service experience rooted in thoughtful strategy, quality construction, and intentional design.

My background allows me to guide clients beyond the transaction, helping them make informed decisions that impact not only how a home looks, but how it lives and performs long-term. I approach every project with care, clarity, and attention to detail, ensuring each home is both beautifully crafted and intelligently executed.

Whether I’m representing a distinctive property or overseeing the creation of a custom residence, my goal is always the same: to deliver a refined, personal experience built on trust, expertise, and lasting value.

Kevin Gill

 I’m Kevin Gill, a Superintendent and Site Manager with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry.

My background as a licensed independent insurance adjuster gives me a unique perspective on how homes should be built, managed, and protected. I understand risk, structural performance, and the details that matter long after construction is complete, which allows me to identify potential issues early and ensure each project meets high standards of quality and accountability.

In my role, I take a hands-on approach to managing job sites, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, and upholding jobsite standards. I value clear communication, organization, and consistency, and I work closely with everyone involved to keep projects moving efficiently and correctly from start to finish.

I bring an added layer of diligence and oversight to every build, with a focus on craftsmanship, durability, and long-term performance—helping deliver homes that are not only well built but built to last.
